He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. He holds the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) certification, demonstrating his international competence in the field. Dr. Tokgönül joined Acıbadem Healthcare Group in 2025 and provides aesthetic and reconstructive surgery services at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital.
